Meagan Siler, Executive Director
A Logan native, Meagan received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Premedical Biology from Utah State University. In her efforts to keep learning and growing, she plans to obtain a Master’s degree in Health Administration. She started her career at Legacy House of Logan as a Certified Nursing Assistant before becoming a Medication Technician. Meagan became Assistant Administrator in 2011 and in June of 2016 was promoted to be the Executive Director. Meagan enjoys working with residents and their families to ensure that each resident’s needs are met.
Hayden Neerings, Marketing Director
Hayden was born and raised in Heber City and moved to Logan in 2010. She is attending school at Utah State University to get her bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Nursing. Prior to her current position as Marketing Director, Hayden has served in many different roles here at Legacy, including: Certified Nursing Assistant, Med Tech, Assistant Resident Care Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Legacy House is like home to her. Hayden loves forming long lasting relationships with residents and their families. She loves spending time with her family outdoors, camping, riding ATVs, and playing on the boat.
Melinda Ward, Assistant Administrator
Melinda grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah and moved to Logan in 1996 to attend Utah State University. She met her husband at USU and is now raising four children in Providence. In 2000 she completed her education at Bridgerland Applied Technology College where she studied to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Melinda has been working as a nurse since 2000 in long term care, home health and hospice. Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and attending all of their many sporting events.
Sheena Chipman, Administrative Assistant
Sheena was born and raised in Preston, Idaho. She was the valedictorian of the College of Education and Human Services at Utah State University and earned a bachelors degree in elementary education. Though her degree was in teaching, Sheena opted to continue working with the residents at Legacy. She enjoys working closely with the residents and helping to keep things running smoothly at the front desk. In her spare time, she likes to bake, read books, do puzzles and spend time with her husband and family.
Robyn Goodey, Resident Care Coordinator
Robyn has lived in Cache Valley her entire life. She received her nursing degree's from Bridgerland Applied Technology College and Weber State University. Robyn's nursing experience includes long term care, home health care, hospice, and acute care in the hospital setting. She was very excited to join the team at Legacy House of Logan, the same community she had trusted to care for her own mother. She is dedicated to the facilitation of our resident's aging with dignity. Robyn has six children and 10+ grandchildren that she adores. Robyn also enjoys traveling the world.
Don Gomez, Food Services Director
Don was raised in Colorado but spent his high school years in Logan, Utah. It was there that he developed a passion for outdoor sports. Don enjoys skiing, snowboarding and is an avid fly fisherman. Don studied Hotel Management at Lake Tahoe Community College and later went to Culinary School in Santa Cruz, California. Don has cooked at some of the top resorts in Vale, Colorado and Lake Tahoe, California. He truly enjoys making the dining experience here at Legacy House of Logan something everyone looks forward to. Don also enjoys spending time with his family.
Angel Talbot, Activity Director
Angel grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho but lived in several differrent states before settling in Cache Valley to be closer to her family. She immediately fell in love with the area and determined that this is where she wanted to raise her family. Angel has spent the past 20+ years working with the elderly as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medical Assistant. She truly loves her job as Activity Director.
Kenneth Thigpen, Maintenance Director
Ken was born in North Carolina but has been a Cache Valley resident since he was just ten years old. He has worked in the construction industry for most of his life and was a General Contractor before joining Legacy House of Logan. Ken has been the Maintenance Director since 2008, and enjoys working with the residents. Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
